Honestly, we're always in search of activities that are fun for the whole family and offer the chance for both of our daughters to spend time with us together. My daughter got this for Christmas when she was 5 years old, and we brought it on our annual after-Christmas trip. Not only did the 5yr old love the game, but her 17yr old sister loved it, too, and both of "us parents" were hooked. Since there's such a significant age span, this is difficult to do. This game totally ROCKED in terms of keeping the whole family having fun together.
This game is so much fun. The whole family can play this game, my youngest child is 6 years old and he is very good in this game and the best part about it is, that it is also a lots of fun for adults at the same time.
Smart logic people look out. Educational without seeming to be. Fun for LOTS if not all ages. You will become addicted to this game. I can see why this game has won awards.
Every since then, we have brought the game to every party we go to and have introduced it to the students in my 7th grade classroom. I love this game. Some friends introduced it to my husband and I and we loved it so much, we had to buy our own. Everyone who has tried it loves it. It's always slow in the beginning when you are first learning how the games work, but every game after wards gets more and more exciting.
this game requires a person to plan ahead, think strategically, and improve spacial and geographical relations. My daughter started playing it at age 7. she loves to play with it by herself and with others. the only downside is that there are a lot of pieces but that wouldn't stop me from purchasing it again.
